I have been a certified massage therapist since 1996.  Graduate of The Center for Body Harmonics, Santa Clara, CA and the Baltimore School of Massage York, PA.  My education includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Myofacial Release, Prenatal Massage, Pediatric Massage, Infant Massage Instructor, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, and Reiki Master.

My Education has been collective, I taught Ballroom Dance for more than fifteen years and have studied Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates since 2002.  Assisting people with enhancing their lives and their health through the art of dance, movement and therapeutic massage has been a very rewarding journey.  I look forward to continuing this work as the balance for mind, body and soul is of such importance for our being.
